Binnen goed vier weken ligt Recollections of the Insane er eindelijk, de eerste langspeler van het Antwerpse Schizophrenia. De eerste single van het album deelden we al op deze blog. Daar we fan zijn van de heren, doen we dat hierbij ook met de tweede single. Volgens zanger/snarenplukker Ricky Mandozzi behoort Inside the Walls of Madness tot zijn favoriete tracks op dat nieuwe album en vat het goed samen waar de band voor staat. Tegenargumenten konden we niet vinden, en dus sluiten we er ons hier volmondig bij aan. Wie de band nog niet moest kennen, krijgt dus meteen een goed idee mee wat de deaththrashers brengen.
Vingers kruisen en hout vasthouden, want als het even meezit trekt Schizophrenia in het voorjaar de hort op doorheen Europa als support van Evil Invaders. Op 2 april 2022 passeert de tour daarbij hun thuisbasis. Place to be is Trix. We geven voor de volledigheid ook even de dates in Nederland mee:
