Eentje in de categorie PO-TEN-TIEEL! De gitaarsound klinkt alsof geplukt uit de NWOBHM, Lynne Maes alsof ze een vette bluesrockband trekt en de ritmesectie alsof ze zich door een sompig moeras zweten. Bakken groove alvast, nu nog schaven aan de productie (mag helderder en scherper, zonder al te clean te worden) en dan hopelijk snel de planken op.

Back with new music, new members, renewed energy and focus.
Since it’s debut EP release in 2019 (Crossing Boundaries), they became a force to be reckoned with due to their music style and live reputation.
In 2024 MAROONED is proud to present a new album and are looking forward to play live again. This new musical journey started in 2022 when a re-newed musical energy was found and quickly resulted in new songs defining a new era of the band. Both musically and mentally.
The 4-piece underwent a line-up change since the start of the band, but has not lost its sense of melody and groove that defines their music. Still being inspired from all kinds of musical styles, this new chapter sounds like the musical evolution that was meant to be.
