Stepping aside from the ranks of Arcade Fire, Will Butler’s new collaboration with Sister Squares features a synth-rich light rock that gets people moving and losing themselves into their atmospheric music. The result is a feel-good yet nostalgic vibe, one that makes it irresistible for its diverse audience to move their feet. The band also brings a lot of added value to its stage performance. They comfortably showcase their virtuosity and multitalented formation through continuous role and instrument rotation. In a way, Will Butler and Sister Squares offers several experiences during a same evening, a welcomed surprise for any follower of Indie projects.
