Have you ever had the feeling of being an intruder in someone else’s living room? That’s how I felt when French Kiwi Juice, aka Vincent Fenton came on stage through the door of his recreated living room, put on a record, slurped some tea and enjoyed the music on his couch, until he suddenly came back to life to play the first song of the night and immediately setting the tone. But he wasn’t meant to play alone all night. The doorbell rang to let his drummer and bassist in, although they were not the only guests. Through three big screens, other artists accompanied them throughout the concert in an harmonisation of voices and sounds that melted everyone’s soul around, helped out with a combination of soft golden lights, and putting the audience on a trance through which they danced throughout the show. The support act for this night was Crayon, accompanied by Serge at the Violin, and briefly also by Swing, for whom he composed the song that they played together on stage.
